Since using this app I have lost 9 pounds in 9 days. It has held me accountable for what I eat and has kept me on track. Its prediction of my weight in 4 weeks has motivated me to see how accurate it will be and has made me work harder to make sure I achieve it. So far I think I may exceed it! So thank-you to the creators, and my congrats on a job well done.
My only suggestion is maybe have a flag for when you accidentally record something on a previous day instead of the day you are actually on. Maybe just a warning that you are not on the current day, and an over-ride for if you want to continue. I have made a few logging errors due to this.
