Keeps track of steps, allows you to track water intake, a lot of exercises to pick from (was quite happy to see horse riding as one of them), allows to sync to health and fitness apps (sadly only a select few; Nike+TrainingClub isnt one of them). Overall, I do like this calorie counter for just simple and general idea of my calorie, fat, and protein intake
