Some of the food you look up isnt right but I like that I can track my water, exercise, and food

So far Im loving this app. Ive used quite a few diet apps, and I foresee me sticking with this one. It links (for free mind you) to my Fitbit and it really does a good job explaining Every Thing! I love being able to look at the calendar and seeing my calories eaten to calories burned ratio all right there. It really makes me feel good and this is the first app Ive seen results with!
I like to be organized, but I dont like wasting time trying to be organized! This is a practical, simple app that works well.

I started using it in December and I have already lost 35 pounds. Super easy to use, very straightforward. Easy to calculate how much you burned during exercise. I recommend this to everyone looking to restart their life and lose weight. Love this app!

Really does set u up for success. Its a lot easier to lose weight and maintain a healthy style of living when u track it. Only takes a few minutes to set up and seconds a day to enter your meals,weight,water consumption and exercise. I dont only recommend this to someone who is looking to lose excess weight but also those who may be trying to live a bit healthier. Ive tried a bunch of different apps but this one really seemed to stick. Ive been using my Diet Diary for just over three months and Ive lost 12lbs and 2" on my waist. All my friends and family say I look great.
I am really impressed with this free app! Really easy to use and it is effortless. So far, the only Thing needed is to enter more foods like restaurants. Other than that its good.
Ive used this app over the last year or two and it has improved a lot. It is simple to use and functional. I have found most common items from Krogers and Walmart grocery stores are in the app search. The exercise tracker will differ from professional equipment in a gym so I override my gym numbers into the tracker. So far so good. My only immediate negative is that the food list you create as you track foods and diet cannot be purged for item no longer eaten. The only way I know to purge is to delete the app and start all over. Another feature missing is a download capability so you can take your progress to your family doctor or specialist
